Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Utilizing the world’s most widely-used and trusted tool for improving work life, we coach teams, managers, and line staff to improve individual performance, develop leadership, encourage team building, and reduce conflict. This is done through individual and group sessions.


Management Support Group

Up to 15 of your managers/supervisors can participate each month in a one-hour session focusing on a variety of managerial topics at your location. These sessions are facilitated by our EAP counselor/trainer.


Mediation

Mediation is a process designed to support and guide parties engaged in a work-related conflict. Participants are assisted in clarifying their concern, establishing goals, and implementing clear steps toward agreed upon actions. Follow up meetings are designed to ensure that goals are met and progress is made toward positive change.


Leadership Skills Coaching

Leadership Skills Coaching is a tool to maximize performance, commitment, and leadership abilities among valued employees. This one-on-one process helps companies develop their key people, giving them appropriate business skills to succeed in their positions and benefit the organization overall.


Substance Use DOT Assessments

A Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) will evaluate the employee who tested positive on a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, or random drug or alcohol test. The SAP will follow the DOT procedures of evaluation, recommendations, referral, and follow up as required in DOT Regulation 49 C.F.R., Part 40.


Crisis Support/Critical Incident Stress Management

Trained counselors are available to respond quickly to individual or organizational crises at your company.  Our crisis support services include management consultation, defusings, debriefings, on-site counseling, and follow-up services.  Examples of critical events include natural or man-made disasters, workplace accidents, robberies, sudden deaths, and workforce reductions or other workplace transitions.
