Employers

92% of Americans agree that personal problems spill over into work. Whether an employee is experiencing marital issues, caring for an elderly parent, raising a teenager, or dealing with other stressors at home, the strain of personal problems can result in decreased productivity. Therefore, as an employer, it is much more beneficial and cost effective to address personal issues rather than ignore them.
