For 30 years, Penn Foundation’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has offered a full-range of counseling, consultation, and training services to help employees and employers maximize their productivity by providing the supports and skills needed to better manage behavioral health issues that interfere with workplace performance.
We strive to assist companies and their employees with the many stressors and demands placed on them by providing a spectrum of services tailored to meet their specific needs. Managers, supervisors, and employees have significantly benefited from EAP, which has helped them to better manage the emotional, psychological, and addiction issues they may experience personally or at work.
